Amoxon® 500 Injection

COMPOSITION

Amoxon®- 500 Injection : Each vial contains Amoxicillin Sodium BP powder equivalent to Amoxicillin 500 mg.

INDICATIONS

1. Respiratory Tract Infections : Otitis media, sinusitis, tonsillitis,

pharyngitis, laryngitis, acute and chronic bronchitis, lung

abscess, bronchiectasis, pneumonia, empyema.

2. Urinary Tract Infections : Pyelonephritis, cystitis and

urethritis.

3. Biliary-Tract Infections

4.Gastro-intestinal Tract Infections : Mouth infections,

typhoid and paratyphoid.

5. Skin and soft tissue Infections : Cellulitis, infected

wounds, carbuncles, furunculosis, abscesses.

6. Severe Systemic Infections : Septic abortion,

septicaemia, endocarditis, intra-abdominal sepsis,

puerperal sepsis, osteomyelitis, meningitis.

7. Veneral diseases : Gonorrhoea.

8. In the treatment of Lyme diseases.

PACKAGING

Amoxon®- 500 Injection : Box of 5 combipacks, each

containing one vial of amoxicillin

powder and one 5 mL ampoule

of water for injection.
